Terms and Conditions of Purchase
The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase of any ticket from Phantom Events Inc. (“Phantom”) to attend an event (“Event”):

All Events are 19+. Valid identification verifying each ticket holder will be required to be presented before attending any Event.

The ticket holder agrees to abide by all terms, conditions, rules, guidelines, and instructions of Phantom and authorized Phantom personnel, relating to the Event, as they may be created, updated, or changed from time to time.

No refunds or exchanges.

If an Event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or moved, the ticket holder will receive a credit equal to the original purchase price (plus fees and taxes), that may be used for a rescheduled Event, if any, or any other event put on by Phantom in the 12-month period following the original Event date. If the cost to attend a new or rescheduled event is higher, the ticket holder shall pay the difference, plus applicable fees and taxes to Phantom.

Tickets may not be resold for an amount in excess of their face value without the prior written consent of Phantom.

Performers, schedules and other Event criteria may change from time to time. No changes to the Event shall permit the ticket holder to a full or partial refund.

The ticket holder shall abide by all federal, provincial and local laws, orders, directives and guidelines relating to the Event and COVID19, while participating in the Event.

If at any time the ticket holder believes conditions to be unsafe, or that the ticket holder is no longer in a proper physical condition to participate in the Event, or begins to experience COVID19 or other health related symptoms, the ticket holder will immediately discontinue participation in the Event.

Your tickets are being purchased from Phantom Events Inc. (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
